Randy thanks for the experience today it was fantastic. Really enjoyed the 4wt rod in those little brooks and streams. Your local knowledge was amazing and in tough conditions with low water levels you took me to the fish. If only my "lift" was quick enough I would have hooked more. If I ever come back to Vermont (I'm sure I will) I will make certain to book some of your time again.

I have been fortunate enough to fly fish many locations around the world with countless fly fishing guides.  Randy, without a doubt, ranks among the best fly fishing guides I have ever fished with.  He is professional, personable and patient.  His knowledge of local waters, trout and entomology is extremely impressive.  He is also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.

Hilary comments:
Thank you so much for taking my father and me fishing on Tuesday.  We had the best time and a day on the streams proved to be exactly what we needed. Dad kept saying, "That was the best day I've had in a long time!" and I know he meant it.  We both thank you for your patience, advice and good humor, and we know that our experience wouldn't have been the same without you! Thanks again for everything. As my dad said, "This was the best father's day present ever" and we owe a lot of that to you. Have a good summer and I hope the fish keep biting! ("Liiiift!")
With gratitude,
Hilary

Pierre comments:
Thank you very much for the great day we had together. I am just sad that it couldn't last longer. You made me happy because I could catch my first brook trout. It was such fun trying to catch them on a dry fly in the little stream you brought me to, and those big rainbows with the indicator. Those pictures will last very long in my memory.
For sure, next time I come to Vermont we will go fishing together.
Regards,
Pierre

Terry comments:
I have fished with Randy for over 10 years (? more). He has consistently provided a memorable day on the streams due to his uncanny ability to know where the fish are active. Throughout the day he has provided instruction, reminders and tips (when needed) to help improve my fishing skills. Last, but certainly not least, he is an experienced fishing guide who knows when to allow his client the time to fish in "peace and quiet" and when to share his many colorful stories of hunting and fishing in the Northeast.
